Vehicle spawn location reset?

Due to a combination of hackers, no brakes on push-bikes and a certain someone who shall remain nameless (your secret is safe BorderKeeper) getting all excited when the Chopper finally began spawning again and crashing it in the sea on the first night, we are slowly losing the vehicles off our server.

Now, I know that they are supposed to automatically return to their default spawn positions after 7 days of inactivity but this just doesn't seem to happen with certain vehicles. We haven't seen the chopper since the very first spawn (looking at you BorderKeeper) and we can see two push-bikes at the bottom of a lake, and they have been there for weeks and weeks.

So, basically what I am asking is this: Is there a way to reset every vehicle back to default spawn points?

Restart the server fourty times?

- do a default installing of the server.. Clear all logs and files and make a complete new server,

Aren't the vehicle locations/status/gear stored on the Hive though? As soon as we reconnected to the Hive with our current details everything would be back to the current state, no?
