Server not connected to hive?

So my server hosted through Host Altitude was fine until today when hackers got in some how and spawned vehicles without getting kicked (even with BE update) so everyone was getting BE kicked by createVehicle script restriction #1.

So I reinstalled my BattleEye update and then I loaded my server back up, no tents or vehicles anywhere. Our tents are gone, vehicle spawns are gone so I restarted again and left it there for 10 minutes and put it back up. Same thing, re-did it but this time reinstalled the hive update, still nothing.

Any suggestions on what I should do?
