dealman 3 Posted June 11, 2012 Never really worked with Laptops but either it's on ArmA's end or it could be your CPU/GPU. What CPU do you have? And as I said, I don't know much about a Laptop's hardware, but it could be that your GPU is too weak(Though I doubt it), never even bother looking at the VRAM, it's pretty much irrelevant nowadays. :)Some servers tend to give players a low framerate because they're stupid enough to set the player limit to 50, which just doesn't work with DayZ, not even the slightest. Personally I think there should be restrictions for servers to only host 30 players max :/Did you try to play around with the settings? Turning off Shadows and Anti-Aliasing and etc? CactuarLOL 0 Posted June 11, 2012 I had this problem and solved it. (Also using a NVIDIA card)Open up NVIDIA control panel.Go to "Manage 3D Settings"Select "Program Settings"Program to customize: Arma II (And also do the same for Arma II Combined Ops)Where you can "Specify the settings for this program" scroll down the list.Set the "Maximum pre-rendered frames" to 8Click "Apply"Make sure you do it for both Arma II and Arma II Combined Operations. This fixed the problem for me.
