Need Help. PLease Arma II CO problems.

I just downloaded Arma II CO, and I'm having some troubles. Arma II works just fine but everytime I try to start up operation Arrowhead its gives me this message: No Entry 'bin\config.bin/CfgInGameUI/MPTable.shadow

Then I click ok and it gives me this:

Error Compiling Pixel Shader PSSpecularAlpha:0

Someone please help, I've already tried reinstalling it. I've also tried validating the game cache and running as an admin

another one is dayz commander, it allows you to download latest dayz and arma 2 patches also gives you the option of reverting to an older patch to play on other servers

Downloaded? As in through Steam, I assume? If so, right-click ArmA 2:OA/properties/local files/verify integrity of game cache. Not sure if this will help, but wont hurt to try.

Try running steam as administrator.

I tried running steam as an admin after reinstalling it s 2nd time and got the same message I also tried validating the game cache and neither worked.
