im going into the bounty hunting business, if you want a certain clan member or anyone dead, PM me with info and i can get the job done. i will only kill bandits and clans. the only thing i ask for in return is information on hacker/bandit clan camps. if you are going to set a trap for me, go ahead ill enjoy it.

You should start a bounty hunting group and name it "Wolves of the Wasteland" or something like that. Have a home server somewhere where you can gear up and gather up posses to go out and track your quarry down. Set up a pricing table, have dedicated members...it could actually be pretty cool. Sort of like the Wasteland Medics have set up.
