Broken quad bike... Help please :-)

1) Ok story:-

Found a quad bike, fixed it, drove around with lights on, got excited and drove to fast and hit something....

Lights now don't work (back lights do)... I understand that I may of broken them, with my wonderful driving skills but can I fix them?? I'm sure I tried scrap metal but no lucky (I think I tried on this veichle, nothing is red anyway)

To be honest this never happened with any other vehicle (not that i hit a lot of things lol) so i thought it wasn't possible lol

2) Also on the side I read somewhere that Some vehicles are rare etc, for example 1 per server... Does this mean it spawns once and that's it till the
