Having 10-30 fps everywhere. specs i5 2500 amd radeon hd 6950 2gb 8gb ram etc.. Running normal graphics. soo?

perform a quick search ... your topics is SOOOO Covered. Type your exact title in the little blank space in top marked 'Search ...'

Already tried all settings still not workin. Im just so bored for this shit.. Really average 20 fps cmon!?!? Btw.drivers are updated.
