SurvivalServers (DayZ) 69 Posted November 20, 2013 (edited) Due to popular demand, we've enabled full read/edit access to FTP, this includes logs / configuration files (server.cfg, hiveext.ini), BattlEye, and arma2oaprofile. Make sure server is stopped before editting. In your FTP software, make sure you right-click -> Edit instead of downloading and uploading files. We are using the honor system for slot # and branding, so please don't abuse. :) To activate the new FTP changes, save your FTP password to something else, "Save and Restart" (green button), then change the FTP password back, "Save and Restart" and you will have access to the new FTP permissions. darkriddles 0 Posted December 10, 2013 2 Day Review of Survival Servers.--My Server was online in about 25 minutes total. It has been online ever since! No crashing and no lag. These guys have superb customer service, they responded to about 15 of my support tickets all in one day, and they helped answer any questions i had about server configuration. TC Admin V2 is very easy to use and they even made their own custom variables to apply settings like tracers/nameplates.If you are looking for amazing customer service and almost instant setup, SurvivalServers is simply outstanding.15 response tickets.... megaz 0 Posted April 1, 2014 I have a support ticket open and cant get back into your support site. How long does it take for you to return a ticket ?My Server has been off for over 12 hours - problem is the control panel is not working, The server is stuck on unkown and the Start / Stop / Restart buttons are not working ? megaz 0 Posted April 1, 2014 (edited) been 24hrs now since ticket was sent, and i still have no answer and no server, Looking around 24hr + is common for SS, shame it takes that long as my problem other people have had so must be a fault somewhere that needs fixing. When you can't even restart your own server what else can you do? I was with GAMING DELUX before being with these and only changed to SS on the recommendation from someone. All has been ok for 6 weeks but now first problem I run into seems to take a long time to get a reply. (with GD i had replys back with 1hr of sending). I hope this is just a restart there end and not something that will go on for days to sort out. Also I have noticed that SS server always takes 5-7 mins to restart and get back in but Gaming Delux was only 1- 1.5 mins and you were in playing dont know if that is common? anyway lets hope there get this sorted ASAP as renewal is up soon Megaz Edited April 1, 2014 by megaz Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

megaz 0 Posted April 2, 2014 (edited) Well got some sort of reply: Replyed with Fixed: But it is not so reopen the ticket as Server still will not start stays of waiting for host, Granted the control panel buttons are now selectable but still cant get server to run. Why do they not test it before closing the ticket. Guys you need to respond a lot quicker and don't close tickets unless fault has been fixed. Please do not assume it is fixed CHECK. After doing some checking the server dont restart due to the Anti-Hack sqf not being found. This is strange because since the control panel issue was fixed i am now on a different port than i have been on since purchasing this server and they have just added the full version of Anti-Hack on the server control panel for purchase, this is the error i get now : ErrorMessage: Include file z\addons\dayz_server\AH\AHconfig.sqf not found. was I moved to a different server if I have a different port No? Copyrighted anti-hack, charging for scripts, horrible uptime, I switched to a different host about a month into it, server was up for maybe 24ish days of the 31 lol, choose a different host. For the antihack, we are actually partnered with Infistar directly, and have been for the past 2-3 months. We get the files and updates straight from Infistar.
