I've had no issues with them. Our server has run with 20-30 players during peak hours, with no issues. I assume it's an Australian server you're running, and I know that they've only recently been offering those, so maybe it's something you should raise a ticket with them about. It's not very fair to criticise them as a whole just because you're having a bad experience. :)

After multiple tickets about this a receiving pretty average replies... I think I have a right to be a bit upset.

Agreed my server with them runs brilliant 24/7 with 40 people on it most of the time peak hours... australian internet fail more likely

as stated raise a ticket they will look into it for you...
