A player started shooting at us and we immediately shot him multiple times in the head and he died.[WC]Sneekinbye has been killed.As we walked up to his body, took some Stanag SD mags and hid his body one of my friends, on the other side of elektro saw the nameplate [WC]Sneekinbye and started shooting, 30 shots of l85 to the head later he was still standing. He then turned around and shot my friend with a M203 HE. Immediately after that happened another of my friends saw the nameplate and the player [WC]Sneekinbye in front of him, M203 HE to the head. I ran to the truck and started driving away, After making it to Cap Galova i jumped out and ran to the lighthouse to try to kill him with my l85. He appeared in front of me and the nameplate [WC]Sneekinbye appeared once again. Boom! M203 HE to the head.Luckily my friend got a Drakon spawn and got a few of our M4A1 CCO SDs back, our NVGs, Rangefinders, PDWs and a coyote pack back.I was unable to capture a picture of this happenening because it was unexpected, once in the pool i took a picture of the remaining players, including the now *Admin* version of [WC]Sneekinbye accompinied by [WC]xGAWDx. 1.16MB file is too large though. The players in the pool in descending order where[WC]xGAWDxLightening[WC]Sneekinbye **When we joined, 90 minutes prior to dying he was NOT an admin. After we were killed he WAS an admin.CivilianBatman (ME)Kittahz (friend #1)TastyBBQMeatSteven (friend#2)To sum this story up AVOID US 2289. Don't want fellow DayZ players who played the game a bit too much to get the stuff they wanted to lose it this way. If the guy wasn't teleporting I wouldn't be mad, but from dying to getting 3 kills across the south coast in 4 minutes is just impossible. rileyjones 2 Posted August 20, 2012 (edited) Forgot to add this point, how we got our weapons back is that the friend that spawned in Drakon snuck back to our their bodies in elektro and took the weapons from one that the hacker did not want as he was turned away. The hackers weapon was of course the model of a G36C Silenced with a RDS (reflex model) which does NOT exist is DayZ. He also checked the hackers backpack (idiot was in 1st person while looting.) AS50 TWS. TWS is a modded scope (after doing research) it is basically a toggleable thermal that sets the heat to either white or black and the cold to the opposite. Eterix 0 Posted August 20, 2012 Its pretty sad that people cant play the game without scripting or hacking to get ahead. Ive been killed by hackers, and Ive had One hacker to this day after close to 2 months. It doesnt really get under my skin losing vehicles or gear anymore just because I get a thrill out of initially starting with nothing, grouping with buddies and trying to get gear again! rileyjones 2 Posted August 20, 2012 Eterix, I've died so many times that it doesn't really bother me, just wanted to get it out there that it's an unsafe server. My last one (which had camps with multiple FALs, AS50s and M4A1s just got banned because someone decided to light it on fire) It annoyed my friend alot though so i decided to post this so other people don't freak out. You know those people who get mad at COD? Yeah, he's one of those so no more DayZ for him for like a month. In my opinion this is a good game and I don't want others to get turned off for when it becomes a standalone game. Hackers just ruin all the games i play. Sneekinbye 6 Posted August 29, 2012 So I guess I have been accused of "Hacking". Let me first start out by stating that I don't hack,script or any of that crap people do. I am a legit player I would never cheat to give myself an advantage over other players. I believe your story is completly fake and being used as a way of making our server look bad. I am one of the admins from server 2289 ([WC]xGawdx as shown previously on your player list) and I can personally assure you that none of the staff is in anyway a hack/scripter nor affiliated with hackers/scripters. Now, I would like to address a few concerns I have with the alleged scenario that has been completely fabricated. Following as thus;1. We here on Server 2289 have roughly 10 members with the [WC] tag that play actively, therefor... maybe you and your buddies had been wrecked by another member of our squad mistaking it for [WC]Sneekinbye.2. Oddly enough I do remember you batman whilst I was wondering Elektro (and as it pains me to say you did indeed kill [WC]Sneekinbye, I am the one who killed your friend not with a "M203 HE" but simply with a swift shot to the head with a M4A3 CCO which is a weapon located within the games standard).3. Even if [WC]Sneekinbye was using "hacks" our server admins would have located this within our server logs (that we do keep a close eye on ;D) and would have been immediately ban from our server (as it is completely intolerable). [WC]Sneekinbye has not been removed from our server due to the fact that our logs have nothing to suggest that your allegations are correct. (hmmm... odd)4. I do not see how [WC]Sneekinbye logging into Admin is even a relevancy in your argument, does it give you invulnerability or this so called teleportation? If it does I would most grateful if another server admin would like to share this information with me for our battleye hived server. There are a few other things that I find not only insulting to our server but insulting to our squad. Which in turn means your are insulting our community as a whole. The thing I find most interesting is that you have absolutely no proof of these "hacks" other than the story you have posted here on this forum. As for your photo of our server members there is no need, [WC]Sneekinbye and I were indeed on, but again how does this prove there was any "hacking" being done? Now, if you would be so kind as to give me a photo of [WC]Sneekinbye's body with these "hacked" weapons I would be more than happy to take a look at them. So, as far as I can tell you and your mates are a little upset that you had lost your gear and decided to fabricate a deliberate attack on Server 2289 through your post. Until you have substantial proof backing up your story, I would appreciate you not slandering the server. It is indeed an easy story to believe due to the fact that it's convincing... to bad we DO have the proof to say that your story is false. If you would like me to show you this contact me further.
