US 1543 Odd Behavior

A friend and I were up north beginning to raid a camp. As we were going over there, him on a motorcycle and me on foot, I literally walked on a sniper in a ghillie. He was lagging, just crawling in place. Tags said he was part of the clan that owned the camp so I brought my silenced M9 out and shot him in the head multiple times. As SOON as I killed him, both my friend and I died instantly and at the exact same time.

Well, the leader of the clan, {GR} Gunrunners is a hacker, but i have yet to be able to get proof, i was part of the clan, i shot Frank ({GR} Gunrunners) in the head with an ENTIRE CLIP from my M4A1 CCO, nothing. Pegged him 5 times with 12.7 from an AS50, nothing, but fraps did not record it, unfortunately.
