Blinded by the Light

Ok not sure this is right place to post this but here goes.

So during the day at random times my screen light will increase in intensity till i can't see at all (Like looking directly in sun), then it will fade.. This happens almost everytime i look thru a scope or binoculars, have to close scope/binocs immediately to be spared from it, good thing i'm not a epileptic or i'd be dead by now.

Anyone else get this bug/glitch? And is there some graphic setting i can do so i don't get blinded?
