What do you do after signing up for a server ID?

I went through the "server ID" form and filled out all the information (server location, specs, speed) a few hours ago and i got an email saying that i will get another email once my account has been setup. Is it talking about another DayZ site account or what?

You basically sent an application to get permission to host a dayz server. So you must wait until they evaluate your server specs and internet speed plus IP address to see that it all adds up and that you are not lying. Once you have been approved or declined you will receive another e-mail with instructions of how to install the actual dayz server. (assuming you got approved). If you get declined they will send you a different email with the reason.
