Question for admins and what you would do

I have a guy on my server currently, 1 hour ago, his inventory was....

He's replaced his M4 with a DMR, how's that possible from the lobby?

Would you consider this bannable?

I'm not a server admin myself, but as far as I know, that's not possible. I would ban him.
