Does the infinite ammo glitch still work?

I saw this video on youtube. It says that if you convert a M1911 with 1 shot to Revolver then back to M1911. The M1911 mag will have 6 shots. Does this still work. Is it going to get patched?

It works, but using it is for cowards/people who can't use their rounds effectively.

Also if you want your other ammo fully refreshed like primary that can't convert, just change your characters outfit and it will fill the clips.

There are still some ways to circumvent the ammo saving, however I will not post these :)
