Charater Reset needed.

Hi all had to post this coz not sure if mods or admin can see it any where else.

I'm running Arma Beta 1.62.95883 and Dayz 1.7.2.5. was playing the game 11days ago on US 1211 abt 20 mins into game the graphics glitched really badly so bad i had to alt-f4 out of the game coz i could even see the exit menu, and ever since then i cant get back into any servers and i have tried a lot, when i do try and join a game it tries to create a character then goes to loading screen where it can sit for 5mins or until i press esc 3hrs later or it will give me this error "This server is running an incorrect version of the server side application. You cannot play on this server. If you are the server admin please contact DayZ staff." onevery server i try without any success so is it possible to get a character reset i have read that it has worked for others with the same problem, so can this been done plz??
