Tents disappear some days after you have died -day z wiki

Is this true? can someone please comfirm or deny this because i have a tent that i place with items in it then i died so i need to know if i need to make another tent...

Items in tents disappear after the server restarts, so tents are useless.

In my server its the exact opposite... We have TOO MUCH stuff. 17 tents all full of stuff

Yeah tents are useless since 1.7.2.5 because the inventory will not be saved-

but no

tents are only disappearing when they are 7 days inactive (nobody took something out or put something in)
