Q For DayZ Staff: Are our server hosters allowed to change our ID and reset servers?

I arose the question with my service provider and they said that DayZ servers wern't allowed to be changed and that they had very little options with any customization with the servers at all, yet apparently other providers are changing ID's of servers and allowing for resets, Any possibility on DayZ Staff Clarifying? Or have they already, did a search and found nothing.

Apparently if you change your server name it is grounds to be blacklisted. I am a personal server hoster and I've read this all throughout my many recent emails. Restarts at the admin's discretion are allowed however changing the name is not.

Seems some providers are offering it and allowing resets, and some are saying its against it, would just be good to get some clarification from staff themselves.
