Graphics problems in built up areas?!?

Basically, i sometimes get weird lines across my screen in places like stary sober, NW airfield, electro, cherno. My friend and brother get it? but we dont know what the problem is and how to solve it, also if anyone else gets it? Sometimes it covers the whole screen, sometimes only a few parts, and its always in central bits, like the barracks in the airfield, and the military camp in stary. And the square in cherno. Thanks!
