UK143 Rezzed - Ban Server Hopping

Just tried to log onto UK143 and apparently I'm on the banned list for server hopping, I'm assuming this is an automated ban and would if possible like it rescinded.

If I may offer a defence, after recently noticing I was missing 2GB of my 6GB ram I upgraded my mobo bios, the result here was that I got the 2GB back but my computer started restarting randomly I believe due to the flipping MIT that gigabyte seem to insist you have on this bios version overclocking my memory, this mixed with the loading screen bug which upon encountering I've been launching another instance of Dayz until I get one that connects to avoid being spawned back at the beach again has meant quite a few disconnects in the past 24 hours and I even at one point ended up connected to two servers at the same time in different locations, go figure!

I've got my mobo back to a stable configuration and bios level though I still suffer like others from the stuck at loading screen but my login count should be back to normal.

I've attached a screen grab of my event viewer, I think if you check the time of the ban it will correspond with the outages on the 18th, I have not ever and will never server hop, it would be nice to get the ban removed.
