Lag In Lingor But Not Chernarus

So basically I'll be playing on Lingor Island for maybe 10 minutes and all of a sudden my frames drop down to 5-9 FPS and I have to quit because the game becomes unplayable. What could be causing this? Is it because I'm using the in game server browser and not DayZ Commander? I don't understand because I can get 20-30 FPS in Chernarus. Here are my PC specs if that helps:

CPU: Intel i5 2410M 2.30GHz

RAM: 6GB

GPU: NVIDIA 525M

OS: Windows 7

lingor isnt DayZ supported. so nothing they can / will do at this time.

topic will prolly end up in offtopic.
