M40A3?

Anyway i know this isn't a legal rifle, but i found it in the Stary Sobor Military camp. I know it's 7.62 NATO Round but what is it in-game?

Also, will i be banned for using it? If so tell me now lol

By the way.. came across my first Heli crash site earlier and there was a PP-19 and it was crap IMO, and a load of AK ammo.

So disappointing, I hear about finding AS50's, FAL's with a Thermal scope all sorts of rare things.. and that's all i got :/

M40A3 is a nice find, it's not over powered, it'd be a nice addition to Dayz along with the M110 or Mk17 and a boatload of other guns.

But what ammo type does it use? Enfield clip, M24 mag?!

I just found one aswell from a dead sniper. It uses M24 ammo.
