punisher_1 3 Posted June 10, 2012 LOL heres why:Spend 3 to 15 minutes connecting1. Spawn and get mobbed by zombies die in ten minutes- Spend another 2 to 5 minutes connecting2. Spawn live 15 minutes get mobbed by zombies die- Spend 3 minutes connecting3. Spawn get spawn killed by player camping the spawn sites- Spend 5 minutes connecting4. Play for 30 minutes - Sever looses session5. Log in on another sever it's black as a nats ass, you can see shit cause its dark.- Log off find another day light server 20 minutes wasted6. Log in play for 20 minutes find some interesting stuff, player kills you, you never seen him.- Spend 3 more minutes connecting again if you did not leave the server.7. Start in an unknown location run for 15 minutes find a town get trapped by zombies shoot several but they respawn in less than a minute kill some more, run out of ammo and die.- Fuck this server! spend 15 more minutes finding another one that works.8. Play for 45 minutes find a player willing to work with you and start finding cool stuff, BANG! he shoots you in the back of the head and takes your shit. - Rage quit.- Come back an hour later and maybe a couple of beers, spend 30 minutes finding a server, new patch out and you have to download that. 5 minutes to 20 minutes files updated, 10 minutes of server surfing again. Log in and its pitch black and raining. Log off and look for another server 15 more minutes.9. Your in! run to an new town get a compass map and hunting knife and a new Lee Enfield rifle fire it once and you get mobbed by zombies and die.- Log back into same server 3 to 5 minutes wasted.10. Start off again finding loot in ______ city and fight of a few zombie attacks, find some beans and in the distance you see a hospital, explore the hospital desperate for meds. A player shoot you dead.- WTF join the server once again out for blood!!!!!!11. End up on the opposite side of the map, so much for revenge, loot and scoot good game for the night.- Try to log in and the servers are not working !! wtf oh you need a patch for Arma 2 and DayZ 10 -15 minutes patching. Dig through the server list to find only some have the right updates. 20 more minutes of server surfing to find one that works, its night, fuck it play anyway.12. Night play run around get lost in the woods, this is no fun, run, run, run, out of food and water because you have to eat every 30 minutes of hour for some reason. find a town crawling with zombies but you have to eat so you sneak and crawl for ever find one fucking house with a can of beans. Find a pond so you get water. Boring night log off- Dont play for a day or two, 15 minute log in. 13. Your food and water is blinking red and you are loosing blodd points at a insane amount. You ate and drank before you logged of WTF! you run for the town you logged off near you find food and water again but loose 3000 blood in the process. You hear about a Town called Stary Sobor has some good stuff you head for it. An hour of trying to find it and running around. You spend 35 minutes finding the base evading zombies and start into the base Bang bang bang your dead again.- So much for being nice, so much for all that work to get to this place, Zombies may as well be your friends. Log back in it;s time to kill.14. 20 minutes after you log in you get a few items out of a barn A winchester and some food as you are about to leave a Survivor wanders in Bang he's dead and it does not bother you, a few zombies run in and you kill them also. You spend an hour or so learning where your at and gettinga few odds and ends.- Log on and again patches to download the servers are mixed up and its hard to find one 26 minutes wasted.15. You log into some strange woods and you cannot move BANG your dead - Debug forest hack FUUUCCCCKKKK!- You post it up on the forums, get back into game 20 minutes go by looking for a server.16. You log in again, start all over again, you run around for 2 hours and get your kit and head towards Rog castle for some exploring as you enter the gate you see a dead zombie or two and as you walk up to the tower entrance theres three players bang, bang, bang, bang, your dead again.- Well this is starting to get old. You take a day off from the game.17. You log back in more ptaches and shit oh thats cool they took the bandit skins away not like that mattered much since everyone just shoots on site. Again you run ,sneak gear up and head up north on the way up some dude drive past you and they must have seen you, they stop and open fire with full auto military weapons, your dead again ......- Spend 10 minutes log in18. Okay back in game again the pain of getting your shit set and two hours in you die, no shots fired but its a ton of people on the server get DC'd someone hacked the sever and killed everyone.This is pretty much what some people go through, this is why they quit ... after awhile its not fun anymore, after awhile you find that there is no point to the game, after awhile you hate everyone and cannot trust anyone.
