I can't get into a game

I click on a server hit connect, and it sits at loading... sometimes I get a screen about creating a character... wtf is going on.

Ahh gotcha. Sorry wasn't trying to be mean or snippy . There is an issue with the data base that stores our info. Give it a few hours and try it again.
