NPC Spawn

For the last week or more the server I have been playing in daily for about a month with a group of friends has been restarting over and over, few days ago everyone in the server gets killed at the same time, and then today while I was cleaning out the last of the tents for the big move and these two NPC appear in front of me and I can assume from the chat most everyone else so I took a few screen shots and dipped out.
