Alternatively:

Is it past 10 PM?

Yes: You can now play because it's nighttime in most servers, so the master server isn't overloaded.

No: Wait for 10 PM.

I'm really growing tired of this. Oh also, I'm capped to 10 fps in about half the servers I try to join. I know this is a serverside issue.
