Tent Disappearing Bug?

the other day i pitched my first tent in DayZ and it disappeared. i was told 1.7.2.5 servers weren't saving them. so yesterday i install 1.7.2.4 and placed on a new server. today my tent has once again vanished. i placed them way up in the northern forest between 2 trees.

are newly pitched tents still saving?

What happened to me was this:

I set up a tent in 1.7.2.5

I put stuff in said tent.

Server reset, no tent. no tents anywhere period.

Server resets, all tents back, nothing in any tent pitched in 1.7.2.5, but anything pitched before that seems to come back and has everything you had in it in the previous build.

It's shitty if you want to pitch a tent now, but it seems pretty chill if you pitched it in 1.7.2.4....

That's what's going on in my group's server anyway..

There a lot of complaints about this bug. You should had used the search function. Also, wrong section of the forum.

Sometimes tents will dissapear upon server restart and will reappear on next restart. Just set up a tent with a item in it and see if it saves after a server restart. If it does then u should be good to go. Im currently fighting this right now too. I wouldnt get your hopes up tho.

i have the same damn problem :( just found a pick-up stole the shit out of it put it in a tent, server restarts, tent is gone :( ( the pick-up by the way aswell )
