And why they aren't needed: The server stops for a split second to figure out where you spawn.

Just wait for your character to die of thirst or take a little swim to get an infection and speed up the process.

well.... you can roll back your version, and join a current version server. when the game gets stuck on loading shut it down. Reupdate, and log back in and you should spawn on the coast. bugs are fun.

2. a person shouldnt have to go through all that just to get off an island with nothing on it from this.
