Stuck at "setup completed, please wait"

I trying to join a server and i come on the screen "setup completed, please wait". and i cant do anything more. i can go to inventory and i can go into options. i can use the respawn button and i respawn... but i cant do anythin just a black screen with "setup completed, please wait".

Lots of people are having this issue. There doesn't seem to be a fix at the moment. I have this issue also and it's very frustrating.
