I'm never a suporter of 3rd party applications that say they increase your performance, i mean, with these extra scripts to run your computer is actually busier doing stuff.

The No Grass addon might be interesting but i don't know if this will give you battle eye conflicts.

Testing it out is the best option i think, but are you sure you have tryed all posibilities in the video settings of the game itself, try different resolutions and such.

Actually i think it will simply not work, when you activate other mods then Dayz, you will have problems connecting to a server.
