How to ban Cheaters

We have 2 hackers called Chilllie and Dr holiday on our server , They have spawn 4 choppers and they are spawning lots of cars and trucks

So how do we ban !

go here and figure it out, i can't explain in 2 seconds, and i don't know how much Dayz is different then Arma, but here is the dedicated server manual from bis:

Item nr. 8, banning

This is banning just on your server, this is not a battle eye ban, for that you need to find the cheaters name and ID number, this needs to be submitted somewhere.
