Cannot find arma2.exe.

ok so here is my problem i cant update DayZ mod on six updater because it says incompatible and it also says that i am missing c:/program files/steam/steamapps/common/arma 2 operation arrowhead/arma2.exe. plz help this is really really frustating and i really want to play this game before school starts

Another problem is that i cannot install the new version of battleye because it says "this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the set Associations control panel" i dont know what that means

If anyone can help me with these problems it will be greatly appreciated

i think the .exe your looking for is Arma2OA.exe , which is located in the folder you specified. If it isnt, check same directory but dig deeper into expansion> beta> then copy the .exe from there

i recommend doing a manual install, goto

http://uk1.dayz.nu/latest/DayZ-1.7.2.5.rar

and download it. you might will need winrar or 7-zip www.win-rar.com

Then goto your ArmaOA @dayz folder and delete it.

Now create a folder called @DayZ and create a folder inside that called addons then copy the all the .pbo files into the addons folder.

now goto ftp://downloads.bistudio.com/arma2.com/update/beta/ARMA2_OA_Build_96061.zip

and download and extract it to your desktop and open the .exe and follow the install.

Your almost done, now open arma2OA.exe in your Arma2OA directory and click expansions and enable @dayz and dayz
