Found some AS50 ammo, now I need an AS50!

I am willing to trade NVGs and a rangefinder for an AS50 rifle. May add more goods if necessary. If you message me on the steam ID southquab/balithekomodo or skype me at gabeturn, I will provide specifics of the trade, like location and server. There are several rules I would like to have the trader heed by.

1. come in with your primary out(The AS50, if you come at me with any other weapon I will kill you) and lowered.

2. Come to me in a specific direction I state to you.

3. If I give you directions while we are trading, I expect them to be followed.

4. We will go our separate ways immediately after the trade. I may just log out, so don't try too hunt me ;)

5. Come alone. Do NOT bring anyone else along. I MAY bring my group along for extra security, but you are expected to bring only yourself, and maybe whatever vehicle you are currently driving.

6. You will place the AS50 inside a tent, during the trade, then I will check to make sure it is there. Then I will put the NVGs and rangefinder inside the tent. You will then take them. Do NOT divert from this procedure.

I am going to ask you to trust me, and I am executing the above procedures just for my own safety, as well as yours.

I have no interest in the trade but good luck with this. I think a lot of people would consider it stupid to go trading decent stuff without overwatch of any kind, it's just insurance.

But you know this, hence you're taking overwatch to look out for you.

Mostly, when it comes to this level of gear, I don't fuck around. I want an AS50, so I trade for it. You will trade on my terms in my location with my security. Don't like it? Fine, I will find someone who is willing to cooperate ;)

This is the first time I tried the forum trading, hopefully it will not be the last ^^

Look for the gunrunners trade thread, I've traded with them loads and never had an issue. They have a server just for trading, and they will bring over watch, but you're allowed to bring your own.

You can dictate the rules of your trade however you like, that's your prerogative, but if I were considering this trade I'd say it stank of a trap.

Chances are people would behave better if it's presumed that both sides have a sniper hidden and have crosshairs trained on the other party. And, frankly, if anyone tells you they're going to agree to your terms and not bring a sniper they're probably lying.

But yeah, me personally? I'd be suspicious. There's no way an AS50 is worth NVG+Rangefinder, AS50 is way more common than those things. It's also so kind of you to suggest people "might be allowed" to bring a vehicle, alone, without any overwatch. :P

My strategy was an indoor trade and an immediate logout after. I know it is kind of a ripoff, but I JUST CANT FIND THE THING ;). And who will accept if they don't profit?

And of course it looks like a trap, don't they all?
