Does that mean that bodies will roll down hills they shouldn't realisically roll down? :/

No, They will just fall down and stick to where they fell down. I believe it will be like the ArmA 2 SLX gore mod that adds ragdoll, more blood, body dislocation and all those things a psychotic person would love. They just fall down uniquely and well, that's it

Im sure if its implemented correctly their rolling will be based more on momentum than the fact theyre on a hill.
