Choose Your Characters Spawning Military Faction

One thing that i think would make things a little more interesting is to let a player choose what military faction they spawn as. What I mean by that is currently everyone is on BLUFOR, or US Military. Why not let the player choose another side to start as.

Besides just choosing your side, it would also change the skin your character has as well as the starting items. Here is what I was imagining.

US Military:

-Skins currently used in the game

-M9 Pistol (instead of the Makarov)

-Heinz Baked Beans

-Knife

Russian Military:

-The skins the Russian soldiers wear, or something similar

-Makarov

-Sardines

-Hatchet

Civilian

-Skins used for Zs, or something similar

-Crossbow? or maybe a random shot between the M9 or the Mak.

-Instead of spawning with water bottle, they spawn with a soda instead

-Pasta

-Matches

This would make things a little more interesting, while not changing the core game.

As far as I know, we're all supposed to be Chernorussian survivors of a prion disease pandemic, so spawning as US/Russian military personnel wouldn't make a whole lot of sense lore wise.

The mod definitely needs more character customization, but I think rocket is headed in the right direction with lootable clothing. A bit more variation/choice in starting clothing would be nice, though.

Starting choice is a bad idea. People find one that has a slight advantage in some way and everyone just uses that. The current system of finding skins is much nicer.
