AusDayZ (DayZ) 14 Posted August 18, 2012 Hey guys,Not sure if this is the right place but I have been having some problems with battleyes logging features. Our server has been basically running non stop (excluding restarts) since the BE update but the createvehicle.log has not had any new entries since the first day, while the remoteexec.log hasn't been created at all. Scripts.log has created fine and has been logging normal. I have been using the createvehicle.txt, remoteexec.txt & scripts.txt provided by dwarden.Anyone have any ideas what's going wrong?Cheers
ZiiP_Scottyboy 17 Posted August 18, 2012 It may well be that your remoteexec has simply not logged anything. This is a good thing. It will only create upon detection of something. Your createvhicle file should still be logging some normal stuff I would have thought. Maybe changed something accidently?

Your createvhicle file should still be logging some normal stuff I would have thought. Maybe changed something accidently? That was my first thought but there have been many hackers on it doing a variety of things (teleporting, vehicle/item spawning etc) and nothing has been logged I either file. Yeah I guess I will have a look through The BE files to see if anything looks wrong, not really sure what I'm looking for though. Thanks for the response
(OCN)Vortech 65 Posted August 18, 2012 (edited) If you're positive cheaters have visited your server and the logs are emtpy then your filters are likely incorrect or outdated. Use these (http://code.google.c...Fstate%3Dclosed) as a start, they're always the freshest. If you still don't see anything then I'd have to question how you know cheating is taking place, it is possible you're incorrect. When you do finally get some entries make sure to share them with the community by submitting them here (http://code.google.c...st/issues/entry). Edited August 18, 2012 by (OCN)Vortech
AusDayZ (DayZ) 14 Posted August 19, 2012 I'm 100% positive about the hackers, had the alice straight to the moon teleport last night. I check & update those files daily, we are currently running an older version of arma II beta as it greatly reduces our graphical glitches. Is there a minimum version of the beta required for the new battleye features? I still have no remoteexec.log & createvehicle.log still has no new entries in almost a week now. Keep in mind that this is work-in-progress, so these features will be improved and more will be added over time. Special thanks go out to Ondřej Španěl / Suma without whom this wouldn't have been possible.Source: http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?138736-Introducing-Server-side-Event-Logging-Blocking&p=2207051&viewfull=1#post2207051Based on when Dwarden started teasing the "surprise for admin" you should try to run 95883+ and be in the clear.Source: http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?138576-ARMA-2-OA-beta-build-95883-(1-62-MP-build)
