Guy with an Enfield who died on UK142 at NE AIRFIELD

So heres a potentially new glitch but maybe not as Im not a massive user of these forums :

My buddy and I were playing together for the first time, and his first real foray into the game as a whole. We'd been lucky enough to find him a Ghillie Suit, and a Bizon in a HCS and were making our way up the coast through Berezino and on our way to the NE Airfield.

Both of us were ghillied and I had an AK74 and M9SD. On the edge of the Airfield I was explaining to him that its always a good idea to survey the area and see if any zombies are spawning as it will tell you if there is a player nearby etc. We watch the hangars / ATC Tower for a while and after nothing we decide its clear and make our way in.

We're in the open at this point and shots ring out and my buddy goes down bleeding and unconscious. I leg it to a clump of trees and prone there waiting to see if i can find out where these shots came frmo so I can return fire. My buddy (being new) regains consciousenss and tries to bandage, causing him to stand up and get a bullet in the face. At this point im waiting to see if he tries to loot my buddy just sitting in my clump of trees. After about 15 mins of watching my buddies body I see someone with an Enfield rifle moving out to the open to loot him being chased by 1 zombie. I stand up in my trees with my AK in single shot and fire a couple at him but then zombies come for me and I prone in my trees and kill them with my silenced pistol.

More time passes - I assume the guy DC'd as I didnt see him run away and so I take the Bizon from my buddies body (to return to him) and head into the hangars. Im just making my way in when Im shot in the back and killed. Swearing at my own stupidity for going to loot the airfield when I hadnt confirmed the Enfield guy as gone I log off and tell my buddy we both will be fresh spawns.

I click to respawn, and find myself respawning in the hangar that I just died in, next to MY OWN dead body, as I was before I was killed. I didnt combat DC and never do but I was next to my own corpse in the hangar. Thinking quickly I put my AK in fully auto and proned at the back of the hangar waiting for Mr. Enfield to come and loot my body.

The poor bastard had obviously got a murder for shooting me as I HAD died, but there I was waiting for him to loot me, and as soon as he walks into the hanger I shoot him in the face and down he goes. No such lucky glitching for him - and I loot him, as well as myself (for some duplicated ammo mags!!) and head off on my way to meet my buddy with his Bizon.

So if that was you that died - Im not a hacker! It was just a little bit of strangeness on the server. Has anyone else seen anything like this before?

my friend had this problem/helpfull ass fuck up spawned in his ghillie suit and next to his body

It has never happened to me upon death, but I have seen other players respawn with duplicate gear right on their corpse or near it. Some people seem to know how to do this and use it to exploit.

Someone can correct me if I am wrong, but I think it has something to due with having an older version of the dayZ mod, and or the OA beta patch...

Never had that happen but I have been respawned at the shore after logging in with all my gear. After the long journey back to where I logged out under a bush that I frequent there was my corpse as if I had been killed. All of my gear was still on me which was odd and my kill count had not reset so it is a little odd but this happened a few times over the course of the month but after I stopped logging out under trees I didn't have this happen anymore. My body still had all of my gear on it which I promptly hid but I'll admit I grabbed my ammo as I was down to 3 clips of sd ammo for my gun which is fairly difficult to acquire.
