OS: Windows 7 64 bits

The error message appears when starting Arma 2 combined operations through DayZ commander or any other launcher, it's a non-steam version.

Help would be hugely appreciated, as I'm pretty much stuck right now.

Yes, I can run arma2oa.exe without any trouble at all and I uploaded the screen shots of DayZ commander to the thread.

uninstall and re-install arma 2 and OA run them both once
