Blood transfusion bug

Date/Time: 5/27-29

What happened: Both my friend and I can't give our other friend a blood transfusion (it just doesn't give us the option to) but he is able to give us one. So I'm thinking if anything it's a bug on his end.

Where you were: woods near devil's castle

What you were doing: I have the blood bag in my inventory, not backpack, and when i scroll on my friend, it wont give me the option to give him a blood transfusion even though he's at 5000 HP.

Current installed version: 1.6.0.1

Server(s) you were on: NY3

This started happening on the 27th and thought it was a bug from the new update, but after checking the forum, I didn't see anyone post about it, plus my friend told me he couldn't give my other friend a blood transfusion, so I tried again earlier, and still nothing.
