Loss of backback / Primary item / Primary item slots after swimming

Title sums it up.

Basically, there is the "Feature" that if you swim there is a chance you lose all items in your main slots and main ammo area. You also lose your backpack.

So, rocket my dear Notch. Please, fix this.

1. most people are already aware of this

2. it's not a bug

3. but yes, losing items from stepping into a pond can be annoying
