UAZ Spawn Question... Not a bug question.

I was reading a DayZ Wiki article in the link above and I saw that there is only 1 UAZ per Server?

This would explain alot to me as to why I can never find one. But I was wondering how correct this information on the Dayz Wiki is.

And if this is true why only one? Is this a game engine limitation?

I'm not sure about that spreadsheet there from Wiki. Because i've seen atleast 2xUral Trucks on a server here a week or two ago. So im not completely sure if that is correct, that there is only 1 UAZ also. But what do i know of, haven't played for a while, and they do have made some sort of investigation, so there may be only 1 UAZ.?

I'm probably speaking out of my ass here, but i remember somewhere here on the forms the vehicle spawns have something to do with the number of server slots like 1 vehicle per 2 server spots . Again this is something i read on here so it may or may not be true.
