Auto-brightness adjustment

Hey, guys! I wonder if you can turn off that auto-adjustment of gamma. You know, when you see a little piece of the sky and all the ground goes DARK. Especially at sunrise\sunset. How do you call that effect?

In fact, I like that thing, but I see some videos on youtube where people dont have it, everything is perfectly bright for them and thats a HUGE advantage.

Aww, I forgot to ask my question :) The question is: how do you turn that effect off? :)

its High Dynamic Range rendering in dx 10 and 11, you'd have to run the game in dx9 or turn HDR off?

Ah interesting. that's always annoyed me. Going into a forest and suddenly all the ground goes really bright! what?

I'll try with HDR off. see what happens.
