PDW SD Hacked weapon?

I found this gun on a sniper who had ab M4 CCO SD as well.

Running on a different server (due to extreme lag on my normal one) I got Banned by the admin for having it.

is it a hacked weapon? And can you get banned for using a weapon that you picked up off another player?

US 1461 is the server if the ban is not legit.

SO I can be banned for finding a weapon on another player. My clan mate also got banned and he did NOT have a PDW SD on him.
