direct chat / global chat questions and voice commands

we got global chat on our server on, so ppl can talk to each other and all.

but we disabled voice, because of pplm spamming music trough the channel, is there a way to put direct voice chat on while global text chat is on?

i would like to know the commands for them

Side-chat was disabled for a reason.

Remove side-chat or be blacklisted.
