I am one of the server admins for LU 409, and I was logged in as the incident happened.

Required info below.

Server:

LU 409 (runs on UTC time)

Time of incident:

1:38 pm (UTC+2)

Brief description of incident:

Everyone on the server lost all weapons, and then everyone died.

It is quite clear that the user "ass fuck" was responsible for both removing all weapons and killing all my server's users. I'm not sure what the user "assface" did. If further information is required or needed, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me.

The air destruction part seems like it is legit if its 1 instance like that, it occurs when the heli is destroyed. Rest was a scripter though. Oh and server admins, remember to update to the latest serverfiles =) They get tweaked constantly as more data pours in.
