Multiple Hackers - US2215

Three hackers spawned an invincible chopper and shot down a chopper being used by the Reddit Rescue Force and killed around 9 RRF members (after being completely filled with bullets, but taking no damage.) They are currently wreaking havoc around the map and there is not much we can do. Timezone is EST and this happened around 4AM and is still continuing as of this post. One of the hackers, Chubbles, is still on the server as of this post and refuses to leave. Can we get any help? :\
