medic23 (DayZ) 0 Posted May 29, 2012 So I was originally in elektro when I logged out, and then when I logged back in, I was in the middle of no where. Like no trees, bushes, buildings. Literally nothing but some hills and the ocean. I still have all my gear and everything. Pics to follow.Anyone have any thoughts on this?It should be noted that this is not debug forest. Leeu 38 Posted June 16, 2012 Sure there is ocean near you?*Might be* that you've been spawned in the NW wilderness, the holding area before you're placed at your last saved location. I've been spawned there about 4 times. The NW wilderness is located about 25kms NW OFF the main Chernarus map. You can run out of there, assuming you have enough food and drink. Gonna take you about 2 hours and as far as I've tested you have to do it in one session - HIVE doesn't save your progress if you're midway - it'll just send you back to the start of the NW wilderness.Lovely bugs.
