Making a Squad to begin the work on a dream of survival

My name on DayZ is Othra. (19 years old) After just finishing up a successful 23 day life I can say I think its time to have some backup. I casually play with 2-3 people, sometimes getting up to 4 or 5. But I need to create a group to really go after my goals for this game. Working on a hero reputation for obvious reasons.

* Goals *

-Recruit 2-4 Team Members

-Basic to Advanced Team Gearing

-Base Plans (on hold until next patch)

-Find/repair a Vehicle (temporary repairs and uses due to server removal)

-Fix that vehicle and use it to find a good base location (I have some very cool alternate ideas in the meantime)

I typically play day and night at most hours and I have been using Skype for DayZ mainly because of the good quality and hands free usability.

Assemble a City Clearing Squad

-Sniper

-Spotter

-Primary Building Scavenger/Clearer

-Combat Specialist (more attention to environment)

-Recon/Scout (could be silenced weapons or loud depending on high or low-pop server and what we have in our entire loot threshold

Sounds interesting Ive been playing since day1, so have my fair share of war stories.

Id be willing to join you im an English speaker and player, so i play almost any server so long as its day.

Currently have a ton of med supplies and food/drink with a map and compass. Also an AKM and An M1911.

Just respawned after losing my vehicle and all my military grade weapons.

The squad is currently about 5-6 people daily playing. We have been gathering numerous vehicles but they are being lost to hackers..

Our squad is now usually five members with an extra pair of two every so often. We have been consistently raiding Stary Sobor and up and down the Northern and Southern middle of the map for various vehicle parts and small vehicles (UAZ, GAZ, Pickup). We seem to consistent with Marksmen (accurate AR) and snipers (AS50, M107) and are really only lacking at this point probably Heavy Weapons as well as Spec Ops (silenced) and Explosives Tech. It is important that you know of using DayZDB is one of our best strategies for survival and knowledge of the map.
