I'm just letting the game run while I type this. I'm stuck at 2000 health in the middle of a forest and I wanna die of thirst, its red so far.

How long will it take to die?

Not to long, that's what happened to me on my first attempt. The more you run the faster it is.

I think its something like 2 points of blood every few mins. Not much either way.

Just run to a building and let the zeds finish you off.

After it's blinking some time, it drains your blood very fast. You dont need to wait that long. If it's only dark red, sprint through the forest and it will blink very fast.
