In DayZ. is there anyway to Survive a hackers Nuke?..

as of being in the other side of the map? or.. not being near the town...

Or is it just death across the whole server ?

It just depends. If they spawned a scud launcher and did like this video you would be fine outside 3-4 km. Most scripters wont go through the trouble though when they can just wipe the server.
